What is Nutritional Therapy?
Nutritional therapy is a functional approach to health and wellness. It's a process of assessing the bio-individual and foundational nutrient needs of the body with recommendations rooted in a belief in the body's innate healing ability, ancestral wisdom, and a commitment to a nutrient-dense, whole food diet.
Why Choose Nutritional Therapy?
The modern evolution of our society has left many of us in various states of poor health dis-ease. Over time we have become disconnected from our whole food ancestral ways of eating, from our communities and from ourselves. The Nutritional Therapy approach seeks to uncover imbalances in your body's system which are manifesting themselves as symptoms and conditions. Once these are assessed, we can move forward with dietary recommendations and, if required, support with supplements, both of which may help propel the body toward optimal health and vitality.
